Sheila Malloy-Hall is the Founder of Healing 2 Grace, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that addresses the impact and aftermath of abuse and domestic violence on women through counseling, social support services, occupational training, and technical assistance.

As a woman who knows what it is like "to look as if she has it all together but is internally broken," Sheila's passion for assisting others through the healing process is what led her to become the Founder of Healing 2 Grace, Inc. She was once shameful and silent, but after completing her self-work, she is now armed with her successful healing strategies, a story of triumph, and a powerful healing journey. She openly shares her story with various audiences with the hope that it will ignite, inform, and provoke other women "to ask for help"—which will aid in their own healing and help them reach their highest level of internal fulfillment.

Healing 2 Grace, Inc. is a product of Sheila's personal and practical experiences. Her goal is and has always been to encourage and empower women who have been or are being exposed to abuse and domestic violence. Time and again, she has encountered "broken" women who appear to have it all together on the outside but have been adversely affected on the inside by traumatic experiences associated with abuse and domestic violence. Sheila knows firsthand the harmful impact abuse can have and desires that Healing 2 Grace, Inc. be an instrument to inspire women to begin the healing journey and bring an end to domestic violence. She is on a mission to help one woman at a time to seek the help she desperately needs—and to do so unapologetically!
