Sheila is an inspirational speaker who has moved from being a victim of abuse and domestic violence to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of her life!

She shares her story and her healing journey to provoke, inform, restore and activate healing in others from the inside out.

Sheila’s speaking encourages and empowers professional women, ages 40 to 65, who have been or are being exposed to abuse and domestic violence, which includes those who may appear to have it all together on the outside, but who may be adversely affected by the trauma of abuse and domestic violence on the inside.
